Certified Scanners

CNAS (China Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) is a member of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation). Under the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC-MRA), CNAS, DAkkS (Germany) and other ILAC members recognize each other: a CNAS certificate is treated as equivalent to a DAkkS certificate.

Measurement reliability under VDI/VDE 2634

ISO 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, setting requirements for personnel, equipment and processes so a lab delivers reliable, traceable results. Building on that, VDI/VDE 2634 governs acceptance testing of optical 3D measuring systems: Part 2 covers one-shot systems (single-exposure fringe-projection systems), Part 3 covers multi-view systems, where several individual captures are merged into one dataset.

Security-Sensitive Data

Customers with elevated security requirements (armed forces, government agencies, or defense-sector suppliers) place special demands on how part and measurement data is handled. We align capture, analysis and archiving with those requirements instead of routing sensitive geometry through cloud services by default.

ISO-aligned handling of critical part data

On request, scanning, analysis and reporting can be carried out on-site or on locally isolated systems, with no raw data passed to third parties. Data access is limited to the people involved in the project and secured contractually through non-disclosure agreements; the underlying quality processes follow ISO standards for measurement and test equipment management.

Training

Our training is delivered by certified personnel: the trainer holds a recognized instructor certification for the scanner systems in use. This ensures capture technique and analysis are taught to the same standard the calibration certificates are built on.

Delivered by certified personnel

For report creation we rely on two established evaluation software packages: Shining3D Inspect for scanner-native first-article and nominal/actual analysis, and PolyWorks Inspector for advanced dimensional analysis, GD&T checks and customer-specific inspection reports. Training covers the full workflow, from capture through alignment to the CAD reference model to the finished deviation report.
